Interior Design Study for the upper suites, general cost control

The Hotel owners decide to renovate the residences in two phases. The budget is quite low, so smart solutions have to be found in order to maintain certain furniture (i.e. closets) and finishes of the rooms. The renovation will start with 6 suites and the rest of the hotel will follow later on. A facelift concept is being studied.  Mykonos triangles and yakinthos flowers and colours are the main idea, upon which the new bedrooms are being designed, followed by the sitting area and kitchen…

The project’s construction has been paused due to financing reasons.
